Dear Singapore,

You've turned $spyed and I into old people. It seems like all we talk about is the weather and how hot it is. Since arriving, we've only had two topics for conversations ... deviantART and the weather. In all fairness, we're kind of pansies because California only has one season all year long -- perfection. Zing!

But really, I give a lot of credit to everyone who lives here because I don't think I could ever adjust. We were walking around the city last night and even though it was late, the air felt super thick. I'm not sure how to best put this into words, but the air seemed very present. I kept imagining myself diving into thin air and somehow being suspended by nothingness. I have no idea if that makes sense, but let me put it this way ... the air seems like it should have the consistency of cheesecake. :cheese: ;)

I do enjoy the tropical climate as a nice change of pace from my norm, and the greenery is beautiful, but I don't think I could handle the heat and humidity on a regular basis.

Don't forget, our next World Tour stop is mere hours away!

P.S. - To all my Aussie friends who urged me to go see Star Trek, $spyed and I totally tried tonight. We hit up a local theatre at 12:00 AM, but the next showing wasn't until 2:15 AM. Even with our jet lag and completely backwards sleep schedules, we figured that was too late. The quest continues.

I don't think I could adjust either to the climate there, heavy air is quite exhausting in itself. But I gather it is a beautiful place.

you guys are making me miss Singapore so much T^T I'm from PA so I'm not used to heat but after 1 month of being at Singapore I found 80 degree's cold so you can adjust LOL :)
hope the next stop is alittle cooler for you guys though ^^

Yeah I understand, I couldn't live there either, too much of a hot/cold scene, when you enter anywhere it's cold because of air conditioning and when you go out it's super hot because of the weather.

Heat and humidity are terrible!
it's like something heavy on your shoulders
and it's around you too!
In few words,it's suffocating :)
California is famous for its wonderful weather,love it! :heart:
