It's so much nicer to look at the tracking map when you've almost arrived than it is when you've just taken off.
I'm also glad that I didn't see anyone from Oceanic Flight 815 on board because I would be having none of that!

My brother and i had something like this on our way to japan with Singapore airlines except ours was dodgy and didnt work very well

I bet it would be a stressful flight for you; crossing the IDL and adding 24 hours to your flight.
I went to LA in 2006 and when I returned, I had a jetlag for 3 days
